MSNLiveDisplay allows you to capture a snapshot with your webcam or other video device and set it as your MSN Messenger display picture
every X seconds.

This is not an issue. Just select the Microsoft WDM Image Capture (Win32) device.
I have no capture devices listed!
You, Mr. Genius, have a problem. Try reinstalling your WebCam. If it is an older model then it may not be supported by MSNLiveDisplay.
I am getting an access violation error when I press "Start"
You probably uninstalled Windows Messenger from your system or it is not present on the network. You have to install
Windows Messenger
(not to be confused with MSN Messenger) in order for this program to have access to the Messenger API required for setting the display picture.
